Alchemy Software Development Limited, a provider of visual localization solutions, experienced record revenues for the year ending December 31, 2004, and significant new customer wins. During 2004 Alchemy Software Development sold more than 2,000 licenses, released several new product innovations, announced partnerships with major industry players and continued to post strong financial results. In the fourth quarter of 2004, Alchemy Software Development recorded its highest ever revenues. Revenues for fiscal 2004 were up 37% from the previous year.
During 2004, Alchemy Software Development released new product innovations that addressed the most challenging problems of localizing software applications. In the first quarter, Alchemy entered into an agreement with Microsoft Corporation, whereby Alchemy CATALYST was bundled with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET Enterprise Architect. In the second quarter, an integrated workflow solution was released with GlobalSight Corporation, a provider of enterprise level globalization workflow solutions. In the third quarter, a jointly developed plug-in component with TRADOS Corporation, a translation tools provider, was released. |
