Chang Xiang Si (Tang ) Bo Ju Yi

The River Pian flows,

The River Si flows,

They flow to the ancient ferry at Melon Shoal,

With the Wu Mountains dotted with gall.

The thought of you lingers,

My regret meanders,

They will only cease when you return,

In a bright moon I lean up high against the window.

长相思 (唐) 白居易

汴水流，

泗水流，

流到瓜州古渡头。

吴山点点悉。

思悠悠，

恨悠悠，

恨到归时方始休。

月明人倚楼。


Notes 注释：

1. The Pian River originates in Henna.

It flows into the Si River in Jiangsu Province. At an ancient terry crossing.

2. Wu Mountains, the mountains of Wu, which refers generally to the region around Suzhou.
